11.16.11 WeddingsNC Wedding Photography {Jamie and Troy} |
J amie met Troy in second grade...but like most second grade girls, she wanted nothing to do with icky boys. It wasn't until after high school AND college, that Jamie and Troy actually talked. Funny how things happen...
As I sit here and try my best to put words to their day, my heart keeps getting butterflies. Its not every day that a couple's wedding blesses us--me--like Troy and Jamie's did. Troy took advantage of each little pause in the ceremony to whisper "I love you" through the happiest tears I've seen to his bride, Jamie. And I wish I could have counted how many times he told her she was the most beautiful thing he'd ever seen. It was clear that Troy honored Jamie in everything and that because of that, she respected him. I am excited for them as they begin their new life together...I'm excited that they are starting off on a strong foundation. Congratulations Jamie and Troy...and thank you for touching my heart. Oh...the photographs :) I'm sure you all want to see this sweetness for yourselves, huh? Enjoy! Lindsey |
