I believe I'm in need of a trip to the beach. Two posts right in a row of a couple of coastal towns have got me yearning for a little salty air. I love Beaufort, it's a neat little town where you can walk along the piers and look at all the gigantic yachts. I like to pretend I own one, and have just sailed in from the Caribbean.They really do that you know. It's always fun to get someone to take you across the water to Shackleford Banks. Many times you can be the only one on the island searching for the wild horses and combing the shore for seashells. |
