02.08.13 PersonalJudah "Bear" |
A fter keeping us on pins and needles for several days, Judah decided to make his entrance last Sunday. Judah makes five for Karen and me and that's hard to believe. Each one so beautiful in their own way, having their own unique little personalities. I can hardly wait to see Judah's personality develop.
Judah's birth was special to me in many ways. Lindsey wanted me to be in the room with her and Neil during the entire birth. What a special gift. When the whole experience was over, my knees felt like I had just crossed the finish line of the Boston Marathon. I was so proud of Lindsey and Neil, the hard work she did and the way Neil held her and looked at her. As long as I live I will never forget the time spent with them on the afternoon of Judah's birth. Lindsey was the shear epitomy of strength, grace and beauty and Judah's birth was another confirmation of the miracle of life. I'm already thinking of ways I can spoil this one rotten too, just like I have the others. :) |
